Legal Advice - We recommend all our clients seek independent legal advice prior to selling or renting back from us. We will contribute up to 500 pounds if clients use their own solicitors.

Salesmanship - We never use hard sell. We are committed to a win/win outcome with our clients.

Sell & Buy-Back – We will offer a buy-back figure valid for the duration of the tenancy agreement.

Sell & Rent-Back – We will help you stay in your house if this is what you choose.

Tenancy Agreements – Deposits are held by Deposit Protection Agency, we recommend legal advice, our maximum tenancy is three years; our rental fees are fixed at current market value for the duration of the agreement, for which the tenancy is guaranteed.
