1. How do I know if you can help?

2. I’ve been told my house will be repossessed. Can you still help?

Whether you are looking at imminent repossession, or are in arrears with your mortgage, we can help you with a house sale if you have equity in your property. We have a range of great property solutions. We can buy your house for a cash sale, or you can sell and rent-back, or sell and buy-back. Give us a call and let us know what suits you best and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

3. How much will it cost?

We do not charge fees. Ever. We cover any costs associated with the quick sale, including valuations and solicitor’s fees.

4. How do prices compare to an estate agent?

Typically, we pay 75%-90% of the current market rate for your property. This is a good and fair rate because firstly, you won’t need to pay estate agent fees (or any other fees), and secondly, this is the rate you would get after six weeks of listing with an estate agent.

5. When do I have to leave?

You may not need to leave (see question 2 , above). We can organize a long-settlement, up to six months if you wish, or you can stay on as our tenant with an option to buy-back.

6. How long does it take?

We are very fast. We can settle on a sale within seven days if that’s what you need. Usually around two weeks. We have even been able to prevent repossession of houses within hours. We work with valuers and solicitors who are also able to act quickly. You will always know where you are with us and we will always work with you to ensure your needs are met.

7. What kind of dwellings do you buy?

We buy all kinds of residential dwellings in any condition.

8. What about investment properties?

If you have an under-performing investment or want to let your portfolio go, we can discuss great property solutions that would work for you. You may even realize a better deal than you might get on the current market.

9. We have tenants – can you still buy our property?

10. Which areas do you buy in?

We buy UK-wide. Our head office is based in London and we cover all regions of England.

11. How long is your offer valid?

You will have 28 days to decide whether you want to take up our offer or not. If this time lapses and you decide you would like us to buy your home, we may still be able to help you, though we may reassess our original offer at that time.
