What type of property do you buy?

All types – houses, flats and multiple dwellings.

Does condition matter?

No. Any condition is fine.

How do you compare to an estate agent?

We usually pay between 70% and 90% of the current market value. This is roughly equivalent to what you might achieve after six weeks on the market with an agent. We offer more flexible solutions and we can think outside the box with you. We can also offer you financial solutions that can help you achieve a better return than you would on the open market. We don’t require the property to be in great shape, as an agent would.

My property is out of town, can you still help me?

Yes we can. Our team covers the British Isles, so it doesn’t matter whether you are at Land’s End or John O’Groats, we’ve got you covered.

What about my tenants?

The rights of your tenants are protected by their contract with you. We will take into account the further requirement of your tenants if they want to stay. We like to ensure that all parties benefit from our purchase. We have different flexible solutions which we will customize to suit your needs.
