How does your company differ from an estate agent?

We work independently and do not have to rely on any property chain, so we can guarantee peace of mind for you. The open market might well give you a better price, but you also get the worry of uncertainty. We usually pay between 75% and 90% of the current market value. We don’t charge fees, so you would save on estate agent fees if you sell to us.

I don’t want to move until I’m ready to leave the country

You won’t need to. We have two possible options to help you stay as long as you need to. We can organize completion to take place when you are ready, or, if you need to access cash to organize your relocation or emigration, we can arrange a sale and rent back.
