Can you arrange to buy at short notice when my place at the nursing home comes up?

We can work in with your needs. If you’re anxious to find a solution but are unable to go forward for any reason, we can agree the sale and wait until you are ready. If you need to act quickly, we can usually complete within seven days. We can recommend solicitors who are also able to act quickly and we will keep you abreast of the process as it happens.

I need to raise cash but don’t want to move. Can you help me?

Yes we can. We can buy your house and release equity in your property, and rent it back to you, if that’s what you would like. So you will have funds available for your health care when you need it. We can also offer an option for you to buy back, if you want to. So the sale would include a buy-back option, but if you change your mind, you are not locked in.
