Contested Will Complications

We have experience in helping people sell property they have inherited. A contested Will does delay things, but we will help in any way we can. We can help to explain legal requirements so you understand what is happening as it happens. Initially, we can pay legal fees up to 500 pounds.

Can you arrange to buy at short notice?

We can work in with your needs. Our bereavement services are there to help you. If you need to act quickly, we can usually complete within seven days. We can recommend solicitors who are also able to act quickly and we will keep you abreast of the process as it happens.

Property needs repair
